Your idea is input, not inventory.

You keep ownership of the idea and text you submit. Scattermind does not sell it, publish it, claim it, reuse it in another customer’s work, or use it to train our models. We process it only to create, secure, deliver and support the First Cut you requested.

What is processed

The live service stores your submitted text, optional constraints and email, generated material, consent state, a hashed network identifier used for abuse prevention, and payment/delivery references. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not received by First Cut.

Private AI processing

Submitted ideas are processed by a self-hosted language model on private infrastructure. The First Cut application does not send the idea to Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, or another public model API. Ten independent AI review lenses use the same submitted text for different questions; they are not human experts.

Retention and deletion

The submitted idea and generated material are automatically deleted from the live First Cut service 30 days after submission. The private page and free signal each include a delete control that removes the live service record immediately. Deletion does not necessarily remove copies from infrastructure backups at the same moment; any backup copy follows the infrastructure backup schedule and is not available through the product. Stripe may retain transaction records under its own legal and accounting obligations.

Access and reuse

Private links use unguessable tokens stored only as hashes. Submitted text is not routinely read by an operator. Operator access is limited to essential service security and operation, or support you explicitly request. Submitted ideas are not used as examples, market research, competitive intelligence, marketing material, or training data. Published examples are synthetic unless a user separately gives explicit permission.

Please do not submit

Do not paste passwords, credentials, health records, bank or card data, confidential third-party material you have no right to share, or regulated personal data. High-stakes legal, medical, financial, employment, safety and compliance decisions still require a qualified professional.
