First Cut provides automatically generated concept-validation material based on the text you submit. Ten independent AI lenses and a synthesis step challenge the idea, expose uncertainty and propose a bounded proof move. They are not human experts and the result can be wrong.

Your idea remains yours

You retain ownership of the idea and submitted material. You grant Scattermind only the limited permission required to process, store and deliver your requested result. Scattermind claims no ownership of your idea and does not receive a right to reuse, publish, sell, train on, or commercialise it.

The purchase

The amount shown in Stripe Checkout unlocks one complete ten-lens First Cut for the submitted idea. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The free first signal is shown before checkout. The paid result is delivered through a private browser link and, where available, email.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to submit the text. Do not submit unlawful material, secrets, credentials, confidential third-party material, or regulated personal data. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken from the result.

Professional boundaries

First Cut is not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, safety, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. Any high-stakes conclusion must be checked with an appropriately qualified person.

Quality and refunds

If a paid artifact is missing, technically inaccessible, or materially unrelated to the submitted idea, contact friborg-labs@friborg.uk with the First Cut reference for review. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Availability and deletion

The live idea and result are automatically deleted 30 days after submission and can be removed from the live service sooner from the private page. Infrastructure backups, if present, follow their own backup schedule and are not available through the product. Download or print the result if you want to keep your own copy. Service availability is not guaranteed without interruption.
